CAV2017
Going to a new conference can be overwhelming and lonely if you don't know anyone yet! This is the third year of the CAV Buddy System, which will pairs students at CAV with other students. The older students can help introduce younger students to the field and community. Our goal is to pair students with other reserachers with complementary interests. There are no formal requirements for participating. Once you are assigned a buddy, just start a conversation with each other over email so you both have someone to hang out with when you arrive.
If you feel like being an awesome CAV buddy for another student, please fill out the sheet below. If you cannot participate in the program this year, please let us know. We have made preliminary pairings, and we don't want to pair you with someone if you are not able.
